Work with Staff and Board Members to identify and evaluate programs and projects, establish and prioritize goals and objectives and summarize all information into a formal Action Plan.
- Changes in Staff, management or Board may be an opportunity to fine tune the Agency’s direction
- There is a lack of clear direction for the Board and Staff
- Facilitate a comprehensive SWOT analysis for the City/Town and EDO
- Identify desired goals and objectives
- Prioritize the goals and objectives
- An Action Plan summarizing the findings and prioritized goals and objectives for Agency implementation and providing a matrix for monitoring and reporting progress
