Prepare a template allowing a comprehensive and timely response to prospect or consultant RFP’s
Problem Identification
- Each RFP response is a scramble to prepare
- Critical proposal information is not current when needed
- Transitions in Staff or Policy Board make for inconsistent or inadequate RFP responses
Service Goals
- Identify the type of projects typically requiring quick preparation of RFP responses
- Identify information typically needed to respond
- Collect information and incorporate into a Word document template that is easy to keep updated
Deliverables
- A Publisher document allowing quick and comprehensive responses to RFP requests
Comments
- Data to be represented would be unique to the Agency
- The document would be easily updated by Staff
- Staff should maintain a “Master RFP Response” document in order to always have the most current information available
